Processing & Handling Time:

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

    • Express Shipping: 4-6 business days

Order Tracking:

  • Customers can track their orders via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Flexobit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
